A reservation is only definite once confirmed in writing.
We require your credit card information as a guarantee for your reservation.
Your credit card will not be charged, if you have adhered to the cancellation policy.
All rates include service and VAT. The local city tax is not included.
Your room is ready for you from 15:00 on the day of your arrival.
We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 12:00 on the day of your departure.
Cancellations need to be made in writing by e-mail, letter or fax. The booking conditions featured in the booking confirmation apply. Bookings made on a non-refundable rate can not be cancelled free of charge. We recommend you take out travel insurance to protect you from any unexpected costs.

From 14 days before arrival 100% of the stay will be charged
Cancellation during summer season
From 3 days before arrival 100% of the stay will be charged
Pets are allowed in the hotel for CHF 25 per night. Please reserve the pet’s stay in advance. The owners are liabel for any damage to furniture.
0 to 2 years old: no extra charge
3 to 8 years old: CHF 20 per night and extra bed including breakfast
9 to 12 years old: CHF 65 per night and extra bed including breakfast
13 years and above: CHF 95 per night and extra bed including breakfast
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
